1. Deposit and Booking Confirmation
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your date and time
- Invoices valid for 48 hours. Unpaid bookings are automatically released
2. Booking Times
- Hire period begins and ends at the agreed times in your confirmation
- Setup and breakdown must occur within the booked time frame
3. Grace Period & Late Fees
- 30-minute grace period after the agreed end time
- After grace period: £50 per additional 30 minutes
4. Changes to Booking
- Changes must be requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability
5. Cancellations
- 30+ days: Full refund or free reschedule
- 15-30 days: 50% refund or one free reschedule
- 7-14 days: Non-refundable. £25 admin fee for reschedule
- Under 7 days: Forfeited, no rescheduling
- No-show: Full booking amount charged
6. Studio Usage
- Studio must be left as found. Cleaning fees may apply
- Do not move heavy furniture without permission
- Rubbish left behind: £50 deducted from damages deposit
7. Liability
Hibiscus Studio is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during hire.
8. Prohibited Activities
Smoking, illegal substances, and unsafe activities are strictly prohibited.
9. Damages Deposit
- £200 refundable damages deposit required per booking
- Returned within 1-3 working days after event inspection
10. Acceptance
By paying the deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
